Refund and Returns Policy
At Sprinkles Weed, we aim to provide our customers with the highest quality cannabis products and excellent customer service. While we cannot accept returns on opened cannabis products for health and legal reasons, we do offer refunds or exchanges under certain circumstances.
Refunds
We will offer a refund if:
- The product you received is damaged or defective upon arrival. You must notify us and provide photos of the issue within 3 business days of delivery.
- Your order was lost or stolen in transit. You must notify us within 3 business days and provide documentation from the shipping carrier.
- We made an error in your order processing or fulfillment.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within the specified timeframes above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to process.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different strain or product type due to personal preference reasons, we allow one exchange per customer. The exchange product must be of equal or greater value. You are responsible for return shipping costs and the exchange product will be sent once we receive and process the return. Contact support to initiate an exchange.
Restrictions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if:
- The product was opened or partially consumed. For health and legal reasons, we cannot resell any opened cannabis goods.
- The product was not stored, handled or prepared properly, leading to a complaint. Our products are tested and packaged to prevent issues if stored correctly.
- A customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product. All sales are final once delivery is complete, as with any consumable good.
